Me as a volunteer

What can I do to help any NGO? For example, a NGO that is relationed with African children. To help to this NGO I can give some basic food like milk, beans... Or giving they clothes or important medications. In depeloved countries we have a lot of current materials that in a developing countries are very luxurious... So stop hopping and start doing!
